David Mamet is an American playwright, film maker and author. He received the Pulitser Prize and two Tony nominations for his plays Glengarry Glenross and Speed the Plow. His most recent play Bitter Wheat, inspired by the Harvey Weinstein scandal is currently playing in London’s West End, starring John Malkovitch
