Understanding The Three Card Trick

Using and exploring the famous ancient street scam ‘the three card trick’ this one-man show reveals how easily (and regularly) we are all deceived, and how this knowledge is used by unscrupulous interests in our society. This is a show for anyone bewildered by the modern world and who wants to know why.

Nick Whitby has written extensively for stage and TV, co-written for comedians including Sean Hughes and Eddie Izzard, and supplied sketches for the Emmy-winning Smack The Pony.
His plays have had over fifty major productions and tours in Europe, on Broadway, and the
Donmar London. This is his first solo show.
